AGENCY FOR TRANSNATIONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT –TRANSCOOP

The Agency for Transnational Training and Development (TRANS COOP), a non-profit company, was founded in January 1994 by Greek and German partners as a result of their long-term cooperation in the field of promoting entrepreneurship, supporting development initiatives and developing human resources. TRANSCOOP is activating in the fields of project planning, transnational and national project management, regional development program planning, human resource development as well as the promotion, organization and support of cooperation networks and the transfer of know-how at national and transnational level. TRANSCOOP was Coordinator in territorial cooperation projects, Greece-Italy & Greece-Albania 2007-2013, Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020, Coordinator of a National Project of the EU - European social fund, Coordinator of the LOC-FOOD project of the Ministry of the Interior - Macedonian and Thrace Sector, etc. TRANSCOOP has also significant experience in the implementation of projects in the agri-food sector, such as the projects "Developing Identity on Yield, Soil and Site" - DIONYSOS - INTERREG V-A Greece - Bulgaria 2014-2020 (for the vine and wine), "MARAKANDA" for preserving the characteristics of Mediterranean markets by creating a cluster of historical markets - cities, for promoting the inclusion of high quality agri-food production chains in the markets, etc.
